These pumpkin bars are easy to make and full of Fall flavor. They are super moist and the cream cheese frosting adds a decadence that impresses everyone!
Ingredients:
2 C flour
2 C sugar
2 t baking soda
1 t cinnamon
1 t nutmeg
1 t cloves
½ t salt
1 C oil
15 oz. can pumpkin
4 eggs
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. Blend all ingredients; beat 2 minutes on medium speed
3. Pour into greased 9x13 pan
4. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes, test with toothpick
5. Cool before frosting
Frosting
2 C powdered sugar
1/3 C butter
3 oz. package cream cheese softened
1 T milk
1 t vanilla
Directions: Combine ingredients and beat until smooth
